  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 lb White Bottom mushrooms, cleaned and sliced

Start by cleaning the White Bottom mushrooms with a damp cloth or a gentle rinse, ensuring all dirt is removed. Slice them uniformly.

Season the Chicken: Season each chicken breast on both sides with salt and pepper.

Brown the Chicken:

In a large skillet or sauté pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides (about 3-4 minutes per side). Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
