KLEAR Magic - ingredients for Sautéed White Bottom Mushrooms

Begin by cleaning the White Buttom mushrooms with a damp cloth or a gentle rinse, ensuring all dirt is removed. Slice them uniformly.

Heat the Pan:

In a large skillet or sauté pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Sauté Garlic:

Once the oil is hot, add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until it's fragrant but not browned.

Add Mushrooms:

Increase the heat to medium-high and add the sliced White Buttom mushrooms to the pan. Stir to ensure they're coated with the olive oil and garlic.

Sprinkle the mushrooms with salt, pepper, and thyme. Stir well.

Allow the mushrooms to cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. They will release water initially, but continue cooking until most of the liquid has evaporated and the mushrooms take on a golden-brown hue.

Flavor Enhancement:

Drizzle with lemon juice and give it a good stir. This will elevate the flavors and add a touch of brightness to the dish.
