Ingredients:

1 lb White Buttom mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
3 tbsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp fresh thyme leaves (or 1 tsp dried thyme)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional)
Juice of half a lemon

Instructions:

Preparation:

Begin by cleaning the White Buttom mushrooms with a damp cloth or a gentle rinse, ensuring all dirt is removed. Slice them uniformly.

Heat the Pan:

In a large skillet or sauté pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Sauté Garlic:

Once the oil is hot, add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until it's fragrant but not browned.
